Vanda Pocepcova
Vanda was born in Pardubice, Czech Republic. She studied at 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University of Prague, CZ and received her degree in January 2008. After some period of travelling she started to work as „first year“ resident physician at Dept. of Radiology/Neuroradiology, St. Marienhospital Hamm, Germany, where she stayed until September 2009. In the same year, she joined IRIS in October 2009 for doctoral studies. Her research focus is on micro / nanotechnologies and their potential clinical application.
