	Abstract = {Three dimensional hybrid MEMS devices are gaining more and more importance as new sensor and actuator designs are being developed. It is widely believed that such systems will eventually be used for biomedical applications, such as non-invasive surgery or high-precision drug delivery. However, the key criterion for success of hybrid MEMS is industry acceptance. Fabrication of the 2.5D building blocks uses standard clean room processes whereas the combination of those units into large and complex devices requires precise and robust microassembly stations. This paper presents such a system in its second generation. The mechanical design as well as the vision setup and software components are presented in detail.}
