Felix Beyeler
Felix Beyeler was born in 1978 in Switzerland. In 1999 he started studying mechanical engineering at ETH Zuerich. During his studies he focused on robotics and biomedical engineering. After graduating in mechanical engineering in spring 2004, he started his PhD studies at the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems. Felix is working in the fields of micro and nano force sensing as well as micro-handling using silicon tweezers. He has several years of experience in MEMS design and fabrication. He is co-founder and head of research of FemtoTools GmbH.
