Dimitris Felekis

Dimitris Felekis

Dimitris Felekis was born in 1982 in Athens, Greece. In 2000 he started studying Mechanical Engineering and received a 5-year Diploma from University of Thessaly at Volos. During his undergraduate studies he focused on Modeling of NOx traps for gasoline engines. After graduating in 2005 he started a MSc in Automation and Robotics at National Technical University of Athens, Greece and focused on microrobotics. After completing his compulsory military service in 2008 he joined again Control Systems Lab at NTUA as a Research Associate. There, he worked on microtechnologies for space applications, in a project funded by European Space Agency. On May 2009 he joined Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems as a PhD student working in the field of microrobotics for biological organisms.
