Bradley E. Kratochvil
Dr. Bradley E. Kratochvil was born in Fairbury, Nebraska (USA) in 1978. He received a B.S. In Computer Engineering at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2001, a M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis in 2003, and his Ph.D. at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology - Zurich (ETHZ) in 2008. His doctoral work concentrated primarily on visual tracking and 3D reconstruction of nanorobotic manipulations in a scanning electron microscope. He is currently a postdoctoral associate at the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (IRIS) and focuses research on micro/nanomanipulation, computer vision, and untethered mobile microrobots.
